B&B di Surrey Heath

"I cannot say enough about our stay at Hand and Flower! The location was perfect (close to all modes of public transportation), the food was delicious (the inlcuded breakfast is the most generous we have ever experienced)… a comfy bed and updated amenities (charging stations, tea and coffee service, bathrobes)… this was our first visit to London and when we return we will be staying at The Hand and Flower!"

"Great location for the tube from Hammersmith, very clean room, helpful and friendly staff, good selection of beer and food. Internet service was not great but otherwise a excellent place"

"Simply perfect a paradise"

"I stayed here to attend a wedding nearby. The staff helped me locate the property (wedding goers had parked in front of the sign and hidden it). I had booked a single room and it was ideal for one person. Shower room spacious and worked well."

"Flexible friendly staff, beautiful village location, with central London only a short train ride away"

"Very basic hotel, check in was very limited with no info on hotel dining or other facilities. Not shown to the room and found no hand soap in bathroom. There was shower gel and shampoo. The room overlooked outside drinking and smoking area and could smell smoke if window open. All furniture was old and some pieces had been mended. Floor boards loose in some places. Admittedly the building is old and has character, but TLC required. "

"Expedia listed the square footage of the room as 560 ft.² but the room was probably less than 100 sq ft. It was false advertising and I was very upset. I reported it to the man who worked there and he said he was contacting Expedia about it but nothing was done about it and he never called me back. Also, there was no mattress pad on the bed just a sheet. Also in the pictures they show a small grassy area with a picnic table, but that’s only available if you book the garden room. I wasn’t...

"The stay was perfect for my location, everything i needed was in place. The bed was very comfortable, the shower was very good and considering I was very close to Heathrow it was quit"
