"The hotel was in a very convenient location, close to everything from grocery stores to restaurants and transit, which made getting around incredibly easy. The staff were all lovely, welcoming, and very helpful throughout my stay. The room itself was quite spacious, especially considering the price and location, although the decor and furnishings did feel a little dated and tired. The breakfast was good and very convenient to have on-site each morning. One thing worth noting for North American travellers is that while the air conditioning worked well by European standards, it wasn’t as strong or cool as what you might expect in North America. Another small downside was the limited storage space. There was a closet, but no dressers or drawers to properly unpack clothing. Overall, I had a very good stay. As a solo traveller, I found the location excellent and felt incredibly safe throughout my time there, which made a huge difference to my overall experience. Between the convenient location, friendly staff, and good value for the space, I would definitely stay here again."

"Overall, our room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained throughout our stay. Housekeeping did a great job cleaning the room daily, and the front desk staff were always friendly, respectful, and helpful. The air conditioning worked very well, and the overall comfort of the room met our expectations. The only negative experience we encountered was with the host at the restaurant. Unfortunately, he came across as rude and disrespectful, which made us uncomfortable enough that we chose not to order food there. We did report the incident to the front desk the following morning. Aside from that experience, the rest of the employees we interacted with were respectful and professional."

"The entrance of the hotel is sweet and pretty. The location is wonderful because it’s right next to the underground tube station and very central in Kensington. That was the best part of the hotel, the location. However, I stayed on the first floor and the AC barely worked. The air was blowing well and you couldn’t adjust it. I should’ve complained, but I didn’t and at checkout, I let them know and they didn’t seem to care. I should have complained before. So if you find the AC, not working complain immediately. The amenities were OK. For such a nice hotel, the amenities were not that great. The rooms are small and the bathrooms are really tiny. But if you want a very central hotel that is decent then it’s fine for that."
