"I am writing to formally complain about our recent stay at this property. Upon checking in, we discovered that our floor was undergoing active painting and construction. The smell was extremely strong and toxic, making it unsafe—especially as we were traveling with three young children. This situation was not disclosed to us at the time of booking or prior to arrival. We immediately asked the front desk if we could be moved to another room, but were told that no alternative rooms were available. Given the unsafe conditions and strong fumes, we had no choice but to leave the hotel on the very first night and find accommodations elsewhere. This experience was highly distressing and unacceptable. A hotel should not be operating or placing guests in areas with ongoing painting and hazardous odors, particularly without prior notice. I am requesting a full refund for our stay, as well as reimbursement for any additional costs incurred due to having to relocate on such short notice."

"The A/C was very loud. Contacted the concierge and they had a maintenance person conclude that it needed a new compressor. They did not have any other rooms to put me in. Slept with ac off and it was uncomfortable and warm. I wouldn’t be staying here in the future."
