"Was a fantastic hotel. Excellent staff who went out of their way to make the experience a great solo break. Check-in was very smooth, and the receptionist helped me book a restaurant that they have links with to get a free glass of champagne. "On street parking right outside at £17.50 for 24hrs. The Eden room is lovely with it's own small garden and hot tub. Staff very friendly. Breakfast served in the sister hotel 2 doors along, was very nice and plentiful."

"This is such a lovely hotel, in a really good location. It has the facilities of a hotel but allows the freedom of an apartment. A full kitchen - with dishwasher - in the room. A dining area and a large TV, in addition to a good sized bathroom and excellent bed. The staff are so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a good range of food, we preferred the continental but there were some hot choices. There’s a lovely games room, a small gym and a good sized on site laundry for customers as well....

"Service on reception was great. We upgraded our room to the top floor at a reasonable price and it was totally worth it. The only negative was the breakfast which we paid for. Although it’s reasonably priced, the quality of the produce could be improved and the coffee was not drinkable. We paid extra for 2 expressos but these should have been complementary given we left the coffee included in the breakfast "
