"The staff at this location are all absolutely wonderful. The parking garage which is also open to the public was conveniently located and all the main areas of the hotel were easy to venture to. The room was spacious and quiet but the bathroom could use some work. There were certain areas of the bathroom that did not look like they were ever cleaned and the hardware had visible dust on it. There was black hair on the floor of my shower upon check in. The bathroom door had to either be fully open...

"The hotel was very nice. The breakfast buffet was very worth it and parking was easy. The location was perfect and right next to the Golden 1 arena. We walked to the venue and felt very safe. "

They have the cutest little dog that greets you when checking in, and the process is so smooth and seamless. The rooms were clean, and as someone who had to stay for a night, I felt extremely safe and well taken care of. "

"We had a terrible experience upon arrival. There was an issue with transportation from the airport which was not provided as stated in the hotel description. The staff at the desk was rude and threatened to cancel our 3 day stay (paid for) because we had a “bad attitude”. She appeared to have no training in hospitality which is a requirement in guest relations. This is unfortunate as the rest of the stay was very pleasant."

"The place itself will take you back yo the past. . Just like a museum. Lots of memorabilia antiques and vintage that tell you a story. House structure is superb. From a dramatic light at night; The siren of the old trees waiving by the winds. To the whistle of birds combining tones creates music in my ears. Whhat else I can say. "

The person at the front desk told me I could cancel my reservation, when we arrived to check in. I was attending conference day of and did not have the option of taking time out of my schedule to try to find another hotel room in a days notice. She should have been oroactive in problem-solving and offered to get help to...
