"Even though I booked a single room it still felt very small considering what I'd been charged and the bathroom was tiny. Bedroom had no window so felt a bit like a prison. Bathroom window had a blind but no blackout curtain, and the bathroom door had a window, so light from outside streamed into bedroom and woke me up earlier than I'd planned. Had to put towel over bathroom door to block out light. Not enough room to hang clothes in wardrobe because there was a fan and an ironing board in the...

"The pool was quiet, relaxing and enjoyable. We used the sausa, steam room and the jacuzzi. The staff were hard working and amazing. Just like to say a big thank you to Raul, and Esha in the restaurant who made our dining experience very enjoyable and Chris in the bar who kept us entertained with him good humour and quick wit. "Was told the original room we booked (superior) wasn’t available so they upgraded us to another room, I don’t see how our room was an upgrade with a view, a view of the car park out of one window. Bathroom was very tired looking and dirty in places. My experience at the spa was a joke and one I wouldn’t want to be repeated. "
