There were many young teenagers hanging around the lobby area, which made the environment feel uncomfortable. The room did not have air conditioning and was not properly cleaned. "That is our favourite hotel in Prague. The breakfast is the best breakfast. Way too many choices. The hotel staff was amazing always helping with what ever need you have. Our little fridge wasn’t cooling well so Mr. David came and fix our problem- thank you one more time. We enjoy talking to you. This is the best hotel and in the best location. There are buses and trams going all the times. Thanks to all the employees we had amazing time there."
