"Great hotel, great value for the price. Breakfast was great and wide range . Close to main station and 10 min walk to old town. Was able to store our bags before check in and after check out with no issues. Staff were very friendly"

"Breakfast buffet was various and good. Rooms are clean and confortable. Enough parking space. However the entry to the reception is at the back of the hotel. A little confusing at first."

"The room was lovely spacious enough with nice bathroom had nice city view. Breakfast was very good very attentive waiting staff. A/c good. It’s not in the centre but near tram and taxis aren’t that expensive. Next door is a bar/café which was a bit noisy with the current World Cup going on but nothing which caused a problem. Hotel in a nice area if you’re not planning to go out for dinner I’d recommend getting evening meal included ."

"It was a sound proof room. We had a king size bed, the mattress was from not soft. There were large pillows, 2 firm and 2 soft. When you turn of the lights in the bathroom, the exhaust fan takes a few minutes to turn off automatically. The breakfast was great. We had hot cheese omelet made and there was scrambled eggs at the buffet with sausages and some veggies like different bell peppers and olives. "The room was clean, in great shape, centrally located, within 10-15 minute walk to most of old Zagreb. While there was no one to meet us, thru WhatsApp we were able to get answers to our questions quickly. Getting into our room was a breeze. Not much in the way of amenities; there is coffee in the room (Keurig cups). İt is on a narrow street full of cars, you end up with 2-3 impatient drivers behind you when you are unloading luggage. Avoid driving in Zagreb."

"Parking is 25 euros a night, no pool, the restaurant attached does some dishes okay but the breakfast is the same thing every single day with not many options for vegetarians. They have laundry for 5 euros per wash and 5 euros for the dryer. Overall, the costs add up and it doesn’t make sense to book the cheaper Hilton. Other places close by were nicer and end up being cheaper overall. I also asked for access to a microwave to heat up leftovers from their restaurant and was refused."
