"It’s a very quiet and peaceful place. The staff was always available and very helpful. There is free parking, and it’s only about a 3-minute walk to the beach. Best of all, the owners are on-site, so if you need anything, they’re always there to help.😍 I highly recommend this place ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ and I can’t wait to come back for another vacation soon! "Well situated near the main areas. The bed was extremely comfortable for a good night sleep after a long day at the beach. However, it is a bit outdated. Everything worked fine but it’s definitely a classic old school motel vibe so just expect it! Overall would stay again, the staff was helpful and the place was cozy."

"We just came back from the Pelham House and our trip was wonderful! The property is absolutely beautiful with a lovely private beach. The Restaurants, Bar and all of the staff made our trip both fun and relaxing. Whether we were on the Beach or by the Pool staff was attentive to our needs and took our orders throughout the day/night. The views are beautiful from each room as well as from the Roof Deck Restaurant! We will definitely stay here again!"

"The pool water was murky/dirty upon check in on July 3. A sign stated that the pool would be inspected on July 15. It should have been repaired prior to the July 4th holiday! There has been a great change from last year's owners. We have stayed there several years in a row and the pool was clean. The breakfast hours have been reduced from 7 am to 9 am instead of 10 am. "This is a great basic room, right next to the ocean. There is nothing luxurious about it, but it's also priced accordingly. One small comment I would love to see the addition of a small corner desk and a tiny chair. So many of us travel and work it would be great to have a place to sit, and there is room for it in the rooms. Apart from that, it's a great stay for the money."
