"We did not enjoy our stay here. We could not get hold of reception to ask questions about our check-in and had to call over and over before we finally managed to get hold of them. One of the chairs in the balcony needs to be replaced as it's broken. The only thing that we wish it could be improved was the process to recover items left behind.
