"This property is like staying in a private waterfront park. Incredibly nice setting with playground facilities and riverfront lounge area. The rooms are equally impressive - excellent use of a smallish space. Everything in the room looked brand new and practically unused. And to top it off - free breakfast! This is an astounding value for the money. Highly recommended!"

"I liked the renovation of the property, it’s definitely much better than before. However, I was disappointed with the customer service from one of the ladies working in the lobby. She was abrupt and rude when we asked for additional towels and assistance.
I also preferred the old happy hour prior to the renovation. They used to serve wine, cheese, and crackers, which felt much more welcoming. Now they only offer beer and a very basic appetizer, plus they limit the number of drinks you can have....

"The hotel was generally clean but they didn’t clean our room during our stay. There was no trash can on the room, there was only one in the restroom. On 3rd floor hall, you can smell a weird smell probably related to the ice maker machine.
The breakfast was good the first morning as there are a lot of people there. The next day, as some people left, some of the breakfast items were left too!
The first staff we met when we arrived was helpless and she even refused to say hello, but the one we saw...

"Property is part private condos and part hotel. The parking and elevators are not marked, do not go to all floors and could end up on condo side. Staff was also confused and sometimes gave confusing information. Some of the pictures online are of condo only side. There are no rooms with ocean or marina views. "Loved the property and the access to the beach and all the amenities. The only negative was that the outdoor pool was not opened until June 1st and we were there the weekend before. Other hotels had there's already open so not sure why the delay, but it didn't stop us from enjoying our stay."

"The room still had mess from the previous person- food crumbs in the cabinets, trash on the floor in the kitchen, dirty dishes, and most damning a paw print on the side of the sheets of a bed. We stayed in the Cabana building and it was a nice and spacious room, but the internet never worked even when we asked for help. It's on the boardwalk so getting to the beach and fun stuff is very easy. It was overall fine, but once I saw the state of the kitchenette I became disinterested in using it."
