"my room bathroom had hair in the shower the bathroom was not clear the Ms Ann was the only one did good breakfast i never thought it would be like that never again 😭 the week of June 8-13"

"The room was clean and tidy upon arrival. We arrived around 8am and had to wait a long time for a staff member to come to the desk to check us in. There is no AC in the halls or elevator so it was pretty hot. Breakfast was not great and there were a ton of flies in the dining room. Overall probably wouldn’t chose this hotel again."

"The Orangeburg, SC Tru was a gem for travelers passing through. It was clean, accommodating in so many ways such as parking, food offerings, overall amenities were amazing and not to mention the customer service from check-in to check-out. I believe it was Ameillia who always pleasant, provided great recommendations for great eats, and more. The staff was just GREAT! We would stay there again!"

"Not sure where to start. The first room We were assigned. Well when we opened the door the room was not cleaned. Beds were not made. The next room we had to move due to a strong order. I will never stay in that establishment again. I should have gotten my money back. I strongly recommend that no one stays at this hotel."

"Booked a double queen wheel chair accessible room via Expedia. When I checked in the girl/woman informed me that all handicapped rooms were being remodeled. My son is a paraplegic and needs the larger bathroom. The girl/woman was rude, no customer service skills, no empathy and needs to be fired. She is not fit to work with the public. This happened Sunday night around 7pm so that management knows who was on duty. I went to the home by Hilton across the street and they were more than happy to...

"Our room smelled so bad - like water damage"

"First room was dirty. We got moved to another room and the cleanliness of the rooms are not the best. The close chargers were not as clear as they said they were. Both expedia or the hotel were not helpful."

"The Hotel was under renovation, but it didn’t interfere with our very wonderful, peaceful and comfortable stay. The staff maintained cleanliness and safety. "I stay here each time I come to Lexington for business trips and it is always a great place to stay. The staff is incredibly kind and helpful and the breakfast is really good. This is my go to place. I typically stay in higher end hotels and had never considered staying at a Best Western, but one time I came everything was full and I stayed here by chance. I am so glad I did."
