"Room was clean on arrival, they accommodated my late arrival with an easy email to notify them a few days prior. Cleaning crew came by when I was still in my room and when I stepped out she was nice enough to ask if I needed servicing. Cannot comment on breakfast as I did not get up early enough and however I could smell it in the mornings and say some stragglers chowing it up in the morning. For a 4 star cheaper hotel it did just fine and everyone was very pleasant "

"Yes and yes. We had an incident w a guest next door and security and front desk handled it professional. We were moved to another room. Gigi, Hector,Susan, and forgive me I don’t remember the name of the other people at the front desk made sure we were taking care of. My wife was quite shaken. Thanks to all "
