"i was under the impression that the property was an old style pub with rooms, when i booked. But it turns out just to be a bed and breakfast. The room was lovely and had everything you need, plus more, like a trouser press, a bottle of filtered water with the coffee and tea facilities, a microwave in the shared lobby and plenty of parking and nice outside space to spend in the sunshine/evening"

"1. Absolutely atrocious checkin and checkout. If my friend (in another city in the Uk) didn’t have a local sim, I wouldn’t be able to checkin at all. Checkout was just as bad. I sent 5 emails to Expedia, multiple to the property and none form the property were answered. Checkin and checkout instructions were not provided. The reception was in another building but that was never communicated. 2. No toiletries were provided. 3. No coffee or tea was provided. 4. Booked the room for 2 people...
