"Comfortable bed great staff.love it more than I dislike it. Housekeeping usually great but sundsy morning at 8 shouting down the corridor and slamming doors not great.mens changing room smelly and dirty this time.josh (i think) is wonderful on front desk goes above and beyond...spacious room always sleep well. Great air con and fridge and easy parking 👌 excellent breakfast choice in bright spacious restraunt."

"Paid just under £200 for 2 nights accommodation.
The room was of poor standard and not very well cleaned or maintained.
Stains on the carpet, the tiles in the bathroom are cracked so made it unsafe to walk bare foot. The shower wasnt very warm and the spray went everywhere but me. The sink had a hole and cracks in it."

"Great location, great staff, espicially kirsty at reception.
Room was fab, balcony could have been cleaner.
No AC in the rooms is a big miss as the room was extremely hot and uncomfortable, fan provided did not really help.
Old boat house is fab restuarant."

"The place itself was immaculate. However the moment we checked in we went to the spa where the cryotherapy was broken and we couldn’t order any refreshments as the lady said she couldn’t leave her post. We waited for over an hour and half for dinner and there was no advice on things to do on activities."

"The room was very comfortable, clean and tastefully decorated. The bathroom was very nice. We used the pool and jacuzzi which we found to be well maintained and as we would have wanted.
The food was very good both at breakfast and dinner although the service at breakfast was disappointing as our coffee was forgotten.
All in all a very pleasant stay (our two sons were playing in the PGA golf competition) and the course was beautiful."
