Hotel Premier Inn di Swindon

"Great location and friendly staff! Unfortunately, the two nights I was here the elevator was broken and the hallway carpet near my room was waterlogged and had an unpleasant odor. I alerted the front desk to the flooding and they said they were aware, but at least for the time I was there, I saw no attempt to deal with the water."

"This is my first time in a Premier Inn, which for the NZ AU people, this is the Jetstar of hotels. The room was tidy, spacious and nice. The hotel was clean and tidy. However the staff (except for one person) were not helpful. For check in, we arrived 15mins early but were not even given a chance to ask for an early check in, we were told to go wait in the restaurant area, as in we were unable to even say our name before being told check in is 3pm not earlier. By 3pm there was about 5-6...

"Most of the staff was friendly and attentive. Breakfast was fine and staff good. Unfortunately restaurant closes a little early and they stop taking orders 15 mins prior. We arrived at the restaurant 25 mins prior to closing and was behind another guest. The manager told us to wait as he would be right back but only came back 10 mins later to tell us that we would need to go eat elsewhere as the restaurant was closing. Very unprofessional and comments were also made by other guests who...
