Convenient and quiet. Understaffed and the staff is inattentive. We almost missed our train because it took 20 minutes to pick up our suitcases.

The breakfast is good for the level of hotel. Very convenient location. The property itself is a bit run down. Big scratches on the furniture and on the wall. No shelf to put your clothes. (Maybe because it is a handicap room -- we didn't ask for it).

Staff were great but would not stay here again. They put us in an ‘accessible’ room which we did not need. There was barely any furniture other than a lumpy bed, a small desk/chair and 2 small stools. Had to put most belongings on the floor. Breakfasts are okay if you have a strong stomach. Would not stay here again.

Hotel is directly across the street from a modern shopping mall with lots of food choices. There’s a John Lewis department store. Walk through t the mall’s other side to find a major bus center including the Oxford bus to Heathrow. The hotel has 2 guest elevators, only one of which worked during my 4-day stay. Breakfast was fine, but the same everyday. Its not on the buffet, but you can ask for porridge (oatmeal.) Rooms were well-sized. I requested daily light housekeeping. The first day after being out all day, I returned to find the room had not been serviced. Pretty promptly , someone brought clean towels and threw the bed together while I waited in the lobby.

It’s a ok hotel f you don’t demand too much. It’s clean, and the staff are friendly too. Now let’s talk about the undesirable things in our room. 1: no refrigerator. 2: no safe box in room. 3: don’t provide enough towels ( had to ask for more what we needed) 4: no house phone in room that you need to go to front desk for anything.5: the temperature control in room is not functioning properly. I had to turn it on in the middle of night because the room was too hot. Isn’t it money talk in this case? I would pay more next time to find a better name of a hotel chain.

Great location and very quite. You do have to pay for extras like checking in early or fast wifi, but it is at a low price. The staff was friendly and breakfast was really good.
