They were great to give directions and recommendations. We stored our luggage there the day we checked out and continued to explore Lucerne. I would definitely recommend this hotel. "

What made it special was all the details, from each room names after a waterfall with info to look up, to the little key on a lanyard for our kid, to the water bottles, or to the bubblegum game on the wall. Just lovely surprise after lovely surprise. Amazing, and would stay again in a heartbeat. "

"The staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was amazing. Only a 9 min walk to the train station and lake. Our room was great, no noise from above or below, once we closed the window no traffic noise. Good size bathroom. Fabulous food in the restaurant. Very clean. We stayed for a week and thought it was good value. Breakfasts were a delight to come down to each morning. Highly recommend this hotel. "
