"It’s a good hotel, well situated for the airport (if that why you’re staying there). For me the hotel amenities, of which there were many, weren’t useful as I only had a short single night stay. The room was well appointed but the a/c even on full cooling was not able to cool the room properly. It was too warm. The television remote wasn’t working properly either. Not a big deal but irritating."

"My stay at the Leonardo Hotel Hinckley Island was a major disappointment. The service was non-existent; we waited 30 minutes just to check in due to being severely understaffed. Our room had no air conditioning, and after calling four times and waiting two and a half hours for a requested fan, it finally arrived. "Fabulous stay for our son’s graduation. We had three rooms ours (no5) definitely the best. Great value for money with breakfast included. We ate in the restaurant too and the food was definitely, breakfast included the morning was tasty too. Staff friendly, helpful and attentive."

"For the price we paid the hotel was absolutely fine. Lovely leisure facilities, nice biscuits with the tea and coffee tray. Lift’s available. Bar and restaurant and food were good. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Sadly it’s all a bit tired. Cracks in plaster around the building, dark decor just in need of TLC but as I said before, this was reflected in a very good price. I would definitely book here again."

"Very nice hotel, staff and room were both excellent, bit of down side is menu doesn't change much for every day, and if booking via camparenson website you'll need to pay for the health club, on which the website like Expedia doesn't say so. Otherwise fantastic hotel"

"New construction wall to wall carpet in halls and rooms. Business hotel on edge of Nuneaton and next to Bermuda industrial estate. Good service and breakfast. Very friendly and helpful staff. One elevator for the 4 story building. No air conditioning so we were given a portable fan which was adequate for early May weather. Window only opens 4 inches for fresh air! Comfortable beds and mainly quiet except for distant tire noise from highway a few hundred yards away ."
