"Very comfortable beds, good size rooms and the food was excellent. Breakfast buffet had dedicated gluten free section and the staff offered to cook any of the hot items fresh to prevent cross-contamination, which was amazing. Having the check-in not on the ground floor was unexpected, so a note about this would have been appreciated, and the online check-in option seems pretty pointless as we still had to go to reception anyway. The concierge on the ground floor who greeted us knew nothing about it, but aside from that the hotel itself was good."
