Visiting from Chicago, stayed for 4 days and it was the perfect home away from home. Had all amenities, very clean, and the pool was fantastic.

Excellent location and wonderful veiws from a well appointed balcony. Well sized space. Interior was not in very good condition. Multiple light switches falling off the wall. No bins anywhere in the appartment. Several lights not working. Overall the space could be really nice and it was certinaly a great location for exploring central Sydney, but I wouldn't stay there with children or anyone else who wasn't competent to avoid the unsafe wiring!

This was probably one of the worst places I have ever stayed. The room was neglected and hadn’t been cleaned in many areas in a very long time. There was a broken window in the bedroom, the sliding doors on small deck were broken and open a slight bit. They couldn’t be closed, which made it very loud in the room. There were cigarette butts on that deck as well. The toaster was broken (previous complaint) the place had a bad smell. Instead of something like a bed chest/murphy bed they had a large bed in the living room. The table was so big there wasn’t much room to get out on the deck that was also uncared for. The air conditioning/heater was so disgusting we didn’t even want to turn it on. Walls in the kitchen were dirty with food splatter from days gone by, the stove was dented and damaged, it was a very small fridge (but the was the least of our worries) the counter top in Kitchen was peeling up, there was visible dirt on all the walls and clumps of dust/dirt along baseboards and in window sills. The bathroom had large clumps of dust dirt around bath tub and vents, the toilet constantly ran and the shower curtain which was so cheap had black and pink mold all over it. There was no garbage can just some bags left to use. It truly was a terrible place to stay and I was disappointed that Expedia had this place on their site as they couldn’t even contact the owners, so we couldn’t get a new toaster or get a partial rebate to go somewhere else.The place needs a total overhaul.

Specious room, incredible views, good amenities, great location, comfortable bed and pillows. Everything else needs improvement - bad customer service from lobby staff, room and bathroom are outdated and doesn’t feel clean, no trash cans in the apartment, tiny refrigerator, very limited kitchen utensils, pots, etc. It depends what you are looking for - location and views are amazing but apartment itself would not recommend.

飯店是與Hyde plaza 共用，地點離museum Train station很近， 房間空間不錯，但有些燈光有問題，洗碗機也沒清潔劑，並不是每日都有人清掃和補充沐浴陣。但有廚房很方便料理食物。附近有pub 晚上會有點吵，另外並沒有提供luggage storage service , 需自行找CBD storage place. 整體來說，還是可以接受

Great location, outdated, in need of a major overall. Note, the third bed is a sun lounger. Grand for a lads wknd but would keep expectations low besides.

Spacious, clean and decently-priced studio apartment with a good view of the surrounding streets in the heart of inner city Sydney but with some areas of improvement needed. For one thing, there's a chemical smell that appears in the room. It disappears if you open the balcony or run the airconditioner for 10 minutes but it would be great if the owner investigated the source and fixed the issue permanently. There's also a problem with the bathroom sink leaking water into the cabinets below which resulted in my toiletry supplies getting slightly wet and I had to dry them out. Location is otherwise good, and you've got heaps of dining options and pubs nearby.

I would give this property no stars if I could. Absolutely Terrible and I’m still in constant shock from the near death experience from my 8 yr old son who almost fell to his death from the balcony. It’s being reported to appropriate authorities so if you have kids DO NOT let them out on the balcony as they can climb up.

Was close safe distance from the city. Apartment was disclosed as 2 doubles and a single but there was only 2 doubles and a pull out hard bed from the wardrobe.. I booked for 5 people so not really ideal. Apartment was dirty and had dust, mold and broken lights. Not enough toilet paper considering the length of stay. Stunk horrifically so had to air it out. Beds had weird plastic covers underneath the poorly laid sheets so very uncomfortable to sleep in. Dish wise we had 1 bowl, 3 small glasses, 4 wine glasses, 4 coffee mugs, 3 medium sized plates and some utensils and pots and pans. For 5 people…have fun having cereal in a morning. To top it off you can’t leave your bags with reception because they treat you like scum for renting an apartment that isn’t theirs so you can’t leave your bags there. Oh and the fire alarm kept getting set off in the building so we had to go down 14 flights of stairs quite frequently.

Roof top pool and spa , central location was good., plenty of towels and bedding all good. the unit was dated as in old so having a toddler there was hard as lots of glass and sharp edges, dead cockroach in the fridge, TV wouldnt work. overall good however would suggest not for small children

Filthy, greasy, moldy - even after the housekeeping was there. So we had to clean the apartment by ourselves..:( Location is top.
