My 3 kids and myself thoroughly enjoyed our stay at your charming friendly hotel. After spending a few hours at the Falls, it was lovely to come back and chill out with a glass of cider and a good old fashioned pub meal. Rooms were comfy, bathrooms very clean. Definitely will stay here again!

Hotel although 140 years old, has been very recently and nicely refurbished. My only suggestions would be to use warm white LED lights in the room, the bright white used made it feel like I was in a 7/11. Also, there was no where to put/hang clothes. Otherwise everything else was great!

My second time here - the staff are just wonderful. So natural and friendly. The rooms are nothing flash but pretty clean and the PUB side of the business closes at 10pm. So, no noise after that time. The food in the restaurant is very good. We had an ensuite room and just wished we'd had beside lamps and could open a window for fresh air .... that was our only beef. The whole place is just easy and no fuss. Thanks team !

Staff were super friendly and helpful. Food was delicious very generous servings. Location fantastic cafes and shops just across the road. Rooms were extremely clean which is a big thing for me. Other than that it is a beautiful old pub.
