Staff lovely and very professional. Room clean and very comfortable, Location very convenient to public transport and to RNSH and Mater hospitals. We have stayed on a number of occassions and always very good. highly recomend.

Staff were occasionally hard to understand due to the language barrier and their knowledge was average when asked questions, frequently got different responses from different staff. The parking spaces are limited and can be a tight squeeze unless you get one early. We checked in late and there were buckets and tradie tools spread throughout the carpark. The pool was unavailable. The room was quite dusty and outdated (with the exception of the bathroom which was upgraded). We had to use broken power points and the spoons for tea/coffee were stained. Breakfast was reasonable, small variety but an ok price.

Breakfast was available at extra cost and parking was free. Site was easily accessible from the highway and although I had a front room I didn't hear the traffic ( although it was the weekend and less cars around). Room was spacious and nicely decorated. Staff were very helpful when I couldn't get the TV on .

The room and whole complex was beautiful and clean. Check in was easy. Only 1km to Royal North Shore hospital which was Brillant. $15 for a buffet breakfast with lots to chose from. Parking was 1st in best dressed but never had a problem getting a parking spot. Oh did i mention FREE parking. That is just unheard of. Couldn't fault a thing. We will return on my next hospital visit for sure!

Good clean hotel at a reasonable price. Would be nice if they provided some plate and cutlery so you could get Asian takeaway and eat it in your room. Just an idea. When I asked for a plate and a fork and spoon from the kitchen, the young fellow at the reception gave me 2 plastic forks from a pack of 50 or so. The type you buy at the supermarket for kids parties.

Absolutely — I’d weave it in naturally so the review stays fair but still makes it clear you were disappointed. I have stayed at this hotel many times over the years, including very frequently with my late husband, so I have always had a fondness for the place. Unfortunately, I was quite disappointed with this recent stay. Although I appreciated being upgraded, the room was still quite dingy and dated and not what I remember from our previous stays. I also have difficulty walking, and the uphill climb to the checkout area was quite difficult for me. I also found communication at the front desk quite difficult, and the welcome was not particularly warm or friendly. I appreciate the upgrade, but overall this stay was disappointing, particularly given how much I have enjoyed staying here in the past.
