The location to the airport is excellent but the reception staff were unwelcoming, unfriendly and didn't even smile! Four Seasons Hotel Sydney

YEHS Hotel Sydney Harbour Suites
The property is ok, but the services are not good as aspected, with broken elevators and coffee machines. My wife lost her white color coat when the hotel the room cleaning staff mistakenly collected the white coat with hotel white towels together and never return to us.
