"The location is perfect, and the host, Fransisco, is very helpful. However, the main problem we had was the street noise. To us, the windows provided no soundproofing at all, and the noise continued until 2–3 a.m. For people who have difficulty sleeping, this may not be a suitable place to stay."

"We enjoyed our stay at Giuggiulena Villa! The location is right on the water with a gorgeous view of the Ionian Sea, nearby sea caves, and just a few steps down to access the water for swimming. Sabrina and Claudia are wonderful hosts. They are personable, friendly, and helpful. Claudia is an amazing cook and provides a delicious homemade breakfast.

"Overall, the stay was good, and everything was fine. However, I was disappointed that I had reserved for 3 people and was only informed the night before arrival that the property could only provide a room for 2. This should have been communicated much earlier to allow time to make alternative arrangements. Otherwise, the stay was good."
