"The most amazing views! Early May, so weather was breezy and overall warm but not hot. We loved how easy it was to walk from the property to many restaurants and shops, as well as get take ride share to further away places. Upon arrival we had to have staff re-clean portions of the bathroom because the cleaning crew had not done a satisfactory job; dirt and hair in corners, and hair in the bathtub. "Expensive 2 star hotel. Stayed here twice and 2 star is the highest I could rate it. Not value for money. Trying to be something it is not and hiking the prices up for the World Cup is shameful. Tired dated and an average hotel"

"We were there for 5 days. It was impeccable. The location, service, ambiance everything was perfect! All small attentions that makes you feel comfortable. We took the water taxi from (and to) the airport directly to the hotel fastest way to get there. Easy to walk around and along the waterfront. Breakfast was excellent"

"We really enjoyed this hotel. We travel a lot, and the quality and price point were well worth it. LoKation was amazing. The staff couldn’t have been nicer. The rooms were super clean and well designed so that you could unpack or not, and have easy access to your luggage. The bathrooms were spacious and clean. We enjoyed our two nights there the bar staff was nice as well at the end of the day. It was nice to have a place to drink."

"Paid over USD 450 for a night which is equivalent to the quality and standard for Quality Inn which cost USD 110 a night. The room and bed is so so and not comfortable. Very thin mattress and pillows. Hard to sleep. Do not book this Hyatt Regency if you don’t need to stay in the Chinatown area. I do not recommend this hotel. I give it a two stars."
