"The room was OK, but don’t get me started on the bathroom. It was absolutely disgusting and on top of that when I went to return my card to checkout, I bumped it to another customer who was complaining about her dirty bathroom and saying that it was unacceptable. The police was overall very sketchy."

"This is a complete unmanned/self-service hotel. If you don't have enough strength and persistence to walk up ~40 stairs with 20 kg luggage, don't choose this. Another impressive thing is that the stove top was packed in a box and placed on the top of the microwave (close to the ceiling). So, the only way of cooking in the room is by using microwave, in the perfect-looking kitchen! I understand that cooking with stove top may cause cleaning difficulties, but a great accommodation is not evaluated...

"This place was close to the Raddison Metro, room was not entirely clean unfortunately, we did find hair in the bathroom, stains on the pillow cases, and something to note, the suite has a queen not king bed. Sadly, the wifi was not great either. We were super disappointed in these key things. Some days the lifeguard wasn’t around which meant the pool was not consistently accessible. Night one, noise was an issue which made for a very bad sleep. "

"Very good location easy to walk to everywhere to Metro and connected grocery store, and right by the Village area. Would have like to have water bottles to fill the coffee machine in the rooms instead of using tap water."
