"A beautiful resort that you should definitely check out!"

"The hotel had panoramic views throughout, over the valley, mountains and rice fields. Good amenities, amazing staff and great food. The breakfast buffet had a huge variety and catered for the masses. Which was a downside, there were masses. A LOT of people stay at this hotel and it seemed like it was always busy with buses coming and going all day. There is a tourist spot next door that also tends to block the driveway area. The top bar was best to get a quiet drink, with most people using lounge bar. Shopping is approximately 30 minute walk up hill the whole way. I believe there may be shuttle buses, but we never saw any and would have likely been full within seconds anyhow. Overall, a very nice place to stay, great staff, amazing views. "

"Honestly I was very disappointed and it’s unfortunate. My partner and I had to switch rooms twice. The first room had a moldy scent and found out the next morning there were bedbugs. I hope the property staff get the rooms professionally fumigated. I don’t know the age of the property but the washrooms were also disappointing. The upside is the complimentary breakfast buffet, with an amazing views. Locations is good not to far from sun plaza, a healthy walk."

"Fansipan is a comfortable, older hotel with large rooms and bathrooms. The breakfast buffet and menu is delicious. The rooftop pool is warm and has great views. The pool deck furniture is mostly wood and does not have cushions, so bring something cushy to lay on. Great views of the mountains."

"First of all let me compliment the Staff. The owners were great, nothing was too much bother. They answered every need and such lovely people. The room was clean, serviced and made up every day. The breakfast and other meals you could order were excellent. The views and scenery are stunning. Great location for Trekking. The town is only 15 minutes away in a taxi. Use grab taxis as they are cheaper. You can book tours and trek leaders from the local community. Sapa City is lovely. The hotel though in my opinion is 10/10. "
