"Stayed on July 7 2026, Wednesday: It’s an older property. Almost vacant, entire complex, seems to cater to v.i.p. Group. Best part of the condo was the outdoor veranda area. Check in at 4pm…wow! "This place was horrible. It’s so old and outdated it needs to be renovated. Our room specifically was not great. The tv didn’t work. We didn’t figure that out until after lobby closed. We had to lift the bathroom door slightly up to get it to close, one of our blankets has a visible hole in it. The ac unit was not great. We had to crank it all the way low then it started making the lights in our room flicker. The bathtub was disgusting old and need replacing. The bed was old and needed replacing...

"Great place to stay for a few days to explore Branson. The pool was under renovation and even though the room was amazing.. it was missing a full mirror.. ladies need this.. Also the tub had a hose that leaked.. otherwise great area quiet and safe.."

"We have stayed at multiple holiday club vacation resorts, but this one in Branson we were very disappointed in, there was never a guard at entrance when we came and went and we watched multiple people who were not staying there come and go and use the pools that we paid for use of while staying there. We have always loved staying at these resorts for the amenities and the privacy of not have people coming and going who were not guests. This was our biggest disappointment in the Branson resort."
