"Elevator didn't work and apparently hadn't worked for sometime. How wood someone who is handicapped would know when making reservation. Their breakfast was subpar."

"We found out at check in that the hot tub was broken then went to our room to find a broken bed. We were given another room however the mattress in this one was also broken. My complaint is the front desk workers. They acted like this was not a big deal, no apologies given. We had a total of 3 rooms in our party. The other rooms were perfect. "We had family nearby, so we only used the facility for sleep and coffee. It was just what we needed. I did need a lightbulb and asked for one upon arrival. There were none, so I switched out a lamp on the desk for the bedside lamp. Coffee was adequate. Bed was nice. We would stay here again."

"The pool wasn't available . The house keeping staff was outside a side exit off the lobby smoking . You had to walk past the smoke to get to the parking lot . The room was clean and comfortable. The gentleman at the front desk should have had information about local restaurants and restaurants that delivered . It was convent and worth a second look if they make a few changes . We shall see ."

"The first time we stayed here was 5 years ago and we decided to come back for our 10 year wedding anniversary- what a mistake. First room we got into- the smell was awful, the microwave didn’t work, and our doors didn’t lock. The next one we got placed into- not the cleanest room. There was also the smell of weed on our whole floor and it was terrible. I should have booked somewhere else honestly."

"The rooms were not clean. We stayed for four days, and despite placing the “Please Clean Room” sign on our door, housekeeping never came to clean our room. The biggest disappointment was the river shown in the photos. It is not located directly by the hotel as the pictures suggest. You have to walk about two blocks to reach it. If the river view is one of the reasons you’re booking this hotel, be aware of that. There are other hotels in the area at similar or even lower prices with better...
