"Very clean and helpful staff"

"I didn’t like their cleaning people They don’t know how to clean the room They’re just fixed the bed but bathroom not clean and they don’t change the drinking glasses that you used"

"Overall the facility is beautiful and the staff are very friendly and customer focused. From the front desk, concierge, door guards, and room services, they were all very attentive. "Hotel location is best! The hotel needed updated. Hotel is jus ok"

"the hotel is in a great location with alot of activity to do within the hotel tower. on the downside, the room is kindda old fashion style so it felt gloomy and dark. My toilet didn't work properly. when you flush it, it spilled a bit of water out of the toilet. And also they don't provide toilet shower so it might be not comfortable for Asian travelers."

"My go to home when in Cebu City."

"Just the 18 floor by the elevator. It's just so hot while waiting our laundry. No air at all."
