"Might be the best hotel I have ever stayed in. We had upgraded us to premier status, which included a separate lounge and check-in. It felt as good return on the money. The lounges were available to other guests too, for a separate fee. So the services are reachable to all. We have stayed in 4 and 5 star hotels before, but Keio Plaza has been the brightest among stars. "
