The staff was friendly and welcoming, and I especially appreciated being able to check in late without any issues. "Lobby is in good shape, breakfast was also fine. The hallways and doors and stairwell are really beat up and dingy. The room was ok, but our AC unit was rusty, bent and dirty but it did work. The worst was other guests smoking weed in their room and in the doorways to the property. The hallway smelled terrible. Highly recommend don’t stay there just because it’s budget."

"I didn’t like to be honest. The phone line didn’t work and the tv didn’t either the first night. I had to ask to get it fixed. The tv had an adapter that looked like a camera and it scared me for a min. Till I covered it."

"mold on the bathroom ceiling, shower curtain too short for the tub causes water to spill out electric outlets in the bathroom not working broken furniture, such as a chair at the desk and the cabinet door a weird odor like marijuana when you first walk into the room, the room is too small for two queen beds. We mentioned this to the office attendant about the broken furniture and no electric electrical and he said he would look into it, but did not."

"I enjoyed my stay at the Stagecoach House Inn. My room was very clean and had a lovely lake view. It was very hot and humid, but the mini-split ac unit quickly cooled the room. They ask that guests turn off the ac when leaving and I was glad to follow the rules. The fireplace worked but gives off a lot of heat. "The hotel was located near where we were visiting, that was the plus. Booked last minute, it was the best pricing I could get-but I would not stay again. While clean, the room smelled musty, toilet leaked and walls were thin. Curtains did not block out the security lighting outside, noise from the other rooms, hallway and parking lot was clearly heard. "We arrived at the Budget Inn a little before midnight on a Friday night. We only stayed one night on our way to the Westerly beaches. The property and the room were clean and the staff was helpful with providing directions. It’s a secluded location with not much around or much to see, but it is clean and safe. There aren’t many amenities and very little soap, shampoo, etc. We wore shoes in the shower because although the bathroom was clean, it was clearly old and well used."
