I already paid online and yet they still accepted cash payment from my girlfriend. And now they deny accepting the cash payment. I paid double essentially and I can't get a refund.

Every thing was great at this resort the room was very clean with an amazing view and very nice pool with the same view, loved the staff , so nice, always around with a big smile, we needed to stay an extra night and made that possible without a problem, the restaurant was great the food was so good! Every morning we had breakfast brought to our room with a smile, overall we loved our stay there

Good location for Taal

Ok hotel. The good: breakfast was great, although only a few choices. The view overseeing the lake is stunning. The staff is really nice. The bad: 1. no blanket was provided, only a thin bedsheet. The ac was a window unit and was installed at the same height as the bed, pointing directly at the bed and at a distance of about 3 feet from the bed. That plus a thin sheet made it uncomfortable. 2. Loud group party at the billiards table area until about 3am was annoying. Called the desk and they said they'd take care of it but it still went on for two more hours. Lastly, I had a bad experience booking a Taal tour with the desk. Agreed on a price for a complete package, then when we arrived to get on the boat they didn't honor the agreement I made with the desk.

Not spending my next holiday here again

The parking lot was a mess...please get rid of the junks. Before you could leave and enter the gate you need to notify the front desk to ask someone to open it. Door locks of rooms are outdated already. Bathroom is not kept tidy...curtains and bath towels are old. No wifi in each room and as they claimed that they have wifi in the lobby and other public areas, there's no signal. Even for globe, smart and sun mobiles no signal in rooms. Choices for complementary breakfast very limited. Its really not worth the price i paid for as compared with other hotels in tagaytay with the same price range. Basically, its just the view is what you're paying for. I was disappointed with my stay.

Enjoyable scene of the Taal volcano

It was nice staying in the hotel with a marvellous looks of the Taal mountain. The bed was so comfortable as the sheets and all amenities alike. I didn't like the restaurant menu wasn't a profisional like other hotel's restuarants so as thier food quality. I had to eat my breakfast at McDonald's next door!

Complementary Bfast with NO DRINKS !!!!

The staff are excellent welcoming and always at our service. Rooms clean, the stores boutiques restos at waliking distance. The breakfast is very good, but definitely needs a variety! We could not eat sstraight for 8 days the same thing. Disappointed to discover that drinks (coffee or juices) are not included in the complementary bfast. Never in my life heard of that! 45 yrs of travelling around the world!

Hotel with a great location but needs a new resto

Hotel staff are very accomodating and rooms are very clean. Hotel's location is easily accesible to nearby attraction in tagaytay. What we don't like is the resto of the hotel. Most of the food in the menu are not available and it took a long time for them to serve our food.

It was over night stay

Easily found beside the famous mcdo. Staffs are not warm .Room is not that clean as expected .No bidet no mirror .My son got hurt fr the pool he had cut on his toe we asked for a medical kit they dont have only alcohol.The price is not reasonable . One positive comment is they have the front view of the lake and food is ok.

Nice hotel, friendly staff but

Nice hotel, friendly staff but they are surprisingly uninformed. They did not know how to get to the boats that go to the volcano ( the road runs behind the hotel). NO trash can in the room, room is cleaned only upon request, they charge for ice, extra towels, no dresser, ran out of tp. The views are amazing. Free breakfast limited to two items...

Vista Real is a new hotel - very clean with friendly service, their bedding are 5-star, easy to find with a great view of the lake, ideal for a quick weekend getaway.
