"Malgré un bel établissement et un beau lieu, le service n’est pas au rendez-vous. Le personnel est plus que désagréable, aucune hospitalité, en tant que clients on a l’impression de les déranger. La réception qui nous raccroche plusieurs fois au nez, attendre 1h pour qu’on nous apportes des serviettes de douche. Aucune disponibilité dans les restaurants même en réservant 3jours à l’avance. Des serveurs qui font exprès de ne pas comprendre car ils n’ont clairement pas envie de travailler et...

"I really enjoyed our stay here, everything was great, there is a huge selection of food, both in the main restaurant and the pool bar (burgers, pizza, salads, cakes, fruit, crepes, doughnuts....so much). You will never go hungry. There is a second restaurant on site its with a set Moroccan menu, you need to book but you don't pay more. The evening entertainment was unbelievable too. I struggle to find something that could be improved "

"Das Hotel hat mir sehr gut gefallen. Sehr nettes Personal, super Auswahl an Getränken und Speisen. Das Hotel ist sofort am Strand liegend mit eigenen liegen. Ich wäre gerne länger gewesen, weil ich die Unterkunft spontan gebucht hatte, war der Zeitraum schon ausgebucht. Ich komme bestimmt wieder. Nochmal ein Herzlichen Gruß an die nette Dame von der Rezeption, die mir entsprechend meines Bedürfnis ein tolles Zimmer gegeben hat. Vielen Dank an das gesamte Team. "
