"Malgré un bel établissement et un beau lieu, le service n’est pas au rendez-vous. Le personnel est plus que désagréable, aucune hospitalité, en tant que clients on a l’impression de les déranger. La réception qui nous raccroche plusieurs fois au nez, attendre 1h pour qu’on nous apportes des serviettes de douche. Aucune disponibilité dans les restaurants même en réservant 3jours à l’avance. "Overall we had a lovely stay despite some issues we faced, in summary they could be a bit more organised. From confusion at check in about a half/full board deal that was offered to us prior to arrival, (heads up they are NOT as good as they make out) and then hide the deal after so you cant refer back to it which left me feeling annoyed as it was like “have you got proof?” If not then this is the price!
