"Nice to stay in a hotel with a private beach, and is within walking distance to Matira Beach. The room rate, which include breakfast, is reasonable relative to other places in Bora Bora. The food served in the restaurant is decent in both price and quality, though there are a few other eateries in the area. We have a 7:25pm flight back to Papeete. Although we have to check out at 11am as the hotel is fully booked, we are allowed to use the hotel facilities for the rest of the day and are provided with a towel and access to shower if necessary. Thought that's very good service. The only negative is the wifi speed, but it could have been a Bora-wide problem."

"Great hotel at a great price. The ocean room has an amazing view of the lagoon. The hotel gardens are beautiful and it has a great beach to snorkel in. The hotel shop is wonderful with great prices. We loved everything and were planning to come back."

"What an incredibly unique, memorable stay in Bora Bora. If you want to avoid the crazy costs of an overwater bungalow but you still want a magical stay at a more affordable price, this is the place. My wife and I booked the Garden Villa Suite for four nights and loved it. The property owners are so accommodating and friendly (rides to/from numerous places including pick-up at the village port, always checking on us, able to book excursions for you, provided us with a complimentary bottle of rum as a welcome gift, etc.). The villa itself is the ultimate blend of indoor/outdoor living, with covered kitchen and bathroom/shower areas outdoors and your overside bedroom and sitting room indoors with a super cold AC unit. Had use of property bicycles, which we used one day to pedal the entire loop of the main island (almost 3 hours but a pretty easy, mostly flat road) and another day to go to the public beach on the south side of the island very near the property. The property/room decor, photos on walls, and prideful touches are like a time capsule to past centuries of navigators and explorers across the South Pacific and other parts of the world. There is a steep walk up a hill to reach the property from the main road if you're not driving or receiving a ride, but we were fine with the moderate exercise and didn't find it too difficult. There are also pesky mosquitos which you'd expect on any island -- a small price to pay for a stay we'll remember. Would definitely return."

"The Villa is an artists vision. A live in artist who has built a villa that blends art , community and the environment that blends into everyday. Valerie was so wonderful, helpful, accomodating and kind. The staff are friendly and the breakfasts are so scrumptious. We loved our days here and could have stayed longer. Well worth it!"

"Our stay at Bora Bora Holidays was absolutely amazing. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel at home throughout our stay. The hotel was worth every dollar spent, and my wife and I enjoyed some of the most beautiful sunsets we’ve seen in a long time right from the beach. If you’re looking for a relaxing, authentic Polynesian experience, this is the place to stay. Highly recommended! 🌅🏝️❤️"

"The property is not doubt incredible. What makes this place is the staff. You can have the most beautiful place but without the staff it's simply a beautiful place. Solenn, the chef, (i can not remember his name and Sumo the boat captain were are what makes this place amazing. Their level of customer service with a caring heart is unbelievable. I can not emphasize this enough. The food is amazing. Everything we ate was delicious. DELICIOUS! We would have surprise dinners where we didn't know what we were going to have. This was such a fun little twist. Housekeeping would wisk in while we were at breakfast and clean our rooms. There were other ladies here cleaning up nature's little messes. (raking leaves that had fallen overnight). My husband and I both had the massage with the body scrub. AMAZING!! We went on a day trip where we were able to snorkel. We saw fish that we had never seen with the most vibrant colors. Learned about pearls, vanilla, how to make rum then swam with black tip reef shark!! Definitely worth it. Thank you to Solenn for making our time here so amazing. She is a gem."

"Beautiful property especially over water bungalows. The staff were very attentive, helpful, friendly and gracious. Everyone from the breakfast staff to the dinner staff were so nice. The water sports team was so nice, one gentleman who competes in the outrigger team accompanied me on my 1st outrigger ride to show me the ropes. The buffet breakfast and French restaurant were delicious. The pool, water sports, restaurants, reef rebuilds are amazing parts of this resort. I would definitely highly recommend this place and go back but after the construction is complete. There was a lot of construction on the property, which was not mentioned prior on the Expedia website, which was disappointing. You will hear saws, drills and hammers in the distant. Also, construction teams will ride by your over the water bungalows around 8:15- 8:30am, during the day and 4:15-4:30pm. They try to stay a bit further out in distance vs the bungalows. I wished this was disclosed on Expedia’s website."
