"The room was right along the road and you could hear traffic all night long. Even using a speaker with background noise, it was very loud in the room. We did not get any sleep that night. The room was cutely decorated, but you could tell it was done a few years back. There was dust on the ceiling fan fixture, the blades and any surface. The room really needs a deep cleaning. "I would expect much more from a quality inn. This place was the worst I ever stayed. Part of the building outside my room was destroyed. The smoke detector was missing. No tissue, terrible wifi and no cell service. Pools was down, no breakfast. Room and furniture was gross. I would not recommend staying here."

"This is the first time I’ve had the reception personnel check in daily by text about our stay. And accept requests or answer questions by text. Even though it was by text, there was a human aspect to the interactions. Everything was great. The only minor issue we had was the laundry detergent which was supplied by the hotel was Tide. "Terrible hotel to stay in. Very old. The shower curtains smell disgusting. There’s ants in the room. There’s no AC in the room, just two giants fans that are very loud and the room gets really hot in the summer. The staff doesn’t store your bags after check out making it difficult to lug them around if you’re not leaving the area right away. Save your money and stay somewhere with better reviews."

"The room appeared that it hadn't been cleaned for weeks. Black mold on the shower curtain, disgusting carpet that obviously hadn't been vacuumed for a while. I had booked for 4 nights and ended up staying only 3. Didn't get any maid service the entire time. The linens seemed to be clean which is the best I can say about it."

"Staff was very friendly they just didn’t have enough. We tried to get towels to our room and they couldn’t get to us . We offered to get them but they kept saying they were coming and never did. Valet parking attendant wasn’t there . They had to call security but waited long time however they were very nice . Hotel has lots of construction so made it hard . The rooms are so hot and so is hotel the air was not cooling areas down ."
