一個不好的經驗

空間與相片不符，浴室有壁癌沒有處理，顯得髒；房間煙味重，床單一直覺得有顆粒或沙沙的東西。這樣公式化的接待，還不如改成無人接待旅館，可以省點人事費用。

位置比較沒那麼好，離鬧區有點距離、房間有點暗，整體算是普通，比較喜歡之前的地方、浴室很大、有按摩浴缸

關於開發票統編入住前跟入住當天都有確認是否可以開立，都表示可以開立退房前提供統編公司抬頭即可，退房前兩天詢問跟我說員工告知錯誤由於是線上訂房刷卡付款所以沒辦法?? 請問當下訂房不是就已經知道我是線上付款了嗎? 那我一開始問說可以是怎麼回事??

有很大的按摩浴缸，但浴室並非乾濕分離的設計，一旦淋浴浴廁地板就會很濕滑。整個房間浴廁佔了一半的空間，所以扣掉浴室，真正活動的空間只剩雙人床和一小角冰箱茶水櫃加一把椅子。只能說，若是以motel定義，情侶夫妻來此享受情趣ok，但若是一般住宿，就不是那麼推薦了。

裝潢很美但不會再去的旅館

一開始check in的時候服務人員態度就 感覺不是很好～ 安排的房間裝潢的很美， 但布幔上都是灰塵導致眼睛開始過敏， 廁所的投射燈上方也被黏了一坨衛生紙， 感覺極為不舒服 馬桶也一直發出波波聲 房間很窄也一直被旁邊的裝潢劃傷 經反應後換了個房間 空間舒服很多 房間裝潢也很棒 但淋浴的地方貼了個小圓鏡 感覺有點毛骨悚然

電視壞了,服務人員很快就來查看,並在我們外出吃飯就換好備品TV~Good! 房間窗廉都沒有遮光廉,天亮光線很不舒服(因為窗戶有顏色) 晚上睡覺時廁所排水會三不五時的發出BO.BO的聲音,好像是有氣體冒出~~ 房間也沒有衣櫃或是掛勾可以吊衣服風地方~ 基本上服務人員還不錯,但房間設備真的不是很好
