And 6am you can hear ppl preparing meal.
Anyway this is not Shangri-La.
Can’t think or expect like 5stars
Smelly room.
Noisy, fix the aircon; pls haha aircon noise I use ear plugs.
Anyway I will not visit again so fix or whatever.
We went to gym and than came back the room door was opened. Abit extreme hahaha

"I arrived at 2:55pm. Reception made me wait the 5 minutes until 3pm to check in. That was ridiculous. Poor reception staff is the main problem. Unfriendly
The best staff were at the restaurant at breakfast. Very nice. Although the food selection was limited compared with other hotels.
My room was a bit threadbare with marked walls and scratched floor. "

"第一次住台南便選了台南大飯店，網上評論不錯也喜歡他鄰近火車站。服務員全都很友善，行李存放服務很好（可提供冷凍服務）。對還是用鎖匙的木門有點懷疑，也似乎令對走廊的隔音不太好，而酒店房間整齊整潔，光線和床鋪我也喜歡；洗澡的熱水很夠👍有冰箱也實在加分👍
飯店附近不算很多地攤小吃，但有一些快餐店和便利店；對面有郵局如要寄信超方便，向新三越方向行6分鐘有一家好喝的咖啡店「決哥」，為了我這次旅程添上色彩。"

"The location was convenient. Appreciated the breakfast and snack. The room itself was a little dark and musty smelling, and the outlet in the bathroom didn’t work. Appreciated the laundry room, wish the instructions were translated into other languages for foreign travelers"
