Always our favorite place to stay when in Tainan!

Excellent friendly staff and big size room. Kids loved the 2F lounge area for games and activities. Will definitely stay there again when visiting Tainan!

No self laundry washer and dryer. Staff very helpful in calling for taxi but immediate nvironmenra not too many good dining options and hotel map does not show you where convenient stores are. Good size rooms and breakfast daily.

Breakfast is certainly substandard compared with similar hotels; the variety offered is very limited with mainly vegetarian food. Room is comfortable and bigger than other places. Shower is powerful and both biscuits and coffee in room are very good. Most packet coffee have lots of sugar in them but not the ones here.

You can order local Tainan cuisine for breakfast. I ordered the 虱目魚（Milkfish） soup. It was as delicious and gentle as any other restaurant. There are many modern art pieces on display in the hotel, creating a relaxing atmosphere. It's a nice hotel to relax in.

房間不錯，但地上好像有點沙沙的。櫃檯的服務人員很友好親切，但早餐的服務人員有點像是實習生，可以理解他們很辛苦，需要有點時間放鬆，不過在專業的服務上可能還需要再加強。去吃早餐時一開始沒什麼菜（可能是被前一梯次的人吃完還沒補），口味還行，但吃到後面有補菜，可惜我已經吃飽了，沒辦法再享用。其它的體驗還不錯👍

距離火車站很近的飯店

距離台南火車站很近，步行距離可達。早餐好吃，入住時可以先確定用餐時間跟餐點，很方便。房間舒適溫馨，除了沒有洗衣機跟房價稍高外，沒什麼好挑剔的。這家跟火車站附近一間【文悅旅棧】名字很像，小心不要訂錯。

El hotel goza de una puntuación que no refleja en absoluto la realidad del alojamiento. La limpieza es NULA. El lavabo está lleno de moho así como las puertas de la ducha y el cabezal de la misma. Manchas de humedad en el techo, mobiliario manchado de sustancias sin identificar, ventanas cubiertas de mugre que denotan que no se han limpiado desde que el hotel abrió sus puertas y no me refiero al cristal .

Location is good. Staff was very nice and helpful. The room was well appointed and nicely designed, but attention to cleaning was lacking, in part due to wear and tear, but still in need of attention around corners, walls, baseboards, etc. Bed and bathroom were clean and not worrisome, but overall they could focus more on the nooks and crannies. Breakfast was mediocre unfortunately, although I still appreciate having a little something to start the day.
