住宿兩晚，訂房時選擇入住時付款，第一天check in的時候便前後向櫃檯詢問兩次以上，皆得到已付款的回應，我想可能是訂房網已經從信用卡扣款也就沒在意。 但後來卻在從入住後算起第五天早上才接到電話說我沒付款，住宿期間完全沒向我做確認，已經回家兩天才突然說沒付款，打了電話催繳後僅在一封匯款帳號簡訊輕鬆帶過抱歉，沒有任何其他覺得是自己疏失的補償，沒有現場錄音，也只能摸摸鼻子，好像把我當成沒付錢的奧客一樣，過後不會想在入住，雖然你們可能仗著自己地點好，也不屑我們這種客人。
