Fantastic located apartment for shopping, transport and food. A little bit hard to find down a side street tho. There is no staff at this hotel which is ok until there is a problem. The check in process would be easy if the system worked well.. Unfortunately the system wasn't working when I arrived at night time and the contact phone numbers were either not answered and when they were the person on the other end didn't speak English. The room was of good size. Firm but comfortable bed. Fridge. Good WiFi and a great shower

This hotel is on the fourth floor of a building, it is very difficult to find the hotel. Once arrived the staff is very friendly, polite, and helpful. The location can’t be beat, it is right in the heart of Ximending. Very easy access to the MRT Ximen station door #6.

Love the location of the hotel, very near to ximen mrt exit 6. Downstairs got alot of restaurants and shops. Most important is the staffs there are helpful and friendly. Thanks.

Convenient location, helpful staff

Located right in the heart of the gay neighborhood, close to bars and restaurants, and steps away from the station to access the rest of the city. Being close to the action means it gets a bit noisy at night, but the convenience of the location outweighs it for me. Laundry facility on site and staff were very nice and helpful.

Good location in Ximending but sound proofing can be improved. There was a family that was having very loud conversation and with kids crying from 11pm - 2am in the morning during our 1 day stay at the hotel. Hotel staff was very friendly and room condition is good.

Vacation stay

Positives: Excellent location in Ximending area. Clean and complete hotel facilities and amenities as published. Reasonably priced. Negatives: Noise issues with adjacent room (we occupied room 405) due to poor sound insulation of wall. Difficulty in finding the hotel at night due to inconspicuous location of the signage which at the same time is not lit.

Large family room in a great part of Taipei

We really enjoyed the stay. We had five people in our family and it was a three bedroom facility with a sitting room. The heatpumps worked very well, keeping the temperature comfortable. The hotel was very convenient in a nice walking area. It was a little difficult to find after traveling to Taiwan from the US but we found our way. We added an extra night and they let us keep the same room. The only issue was coming home late after a day of touring the city to find our key didn't work, but we called the front desk (after hours) and they helped us get into the room.

Worst experience ever in Taiwan!

Truly, this is the worst experience I have ever had in Taiwan. The photos shown in the website look fine. However, the room is poorly maintained, the washroom is stinky, and the environment is so noisy. I checked in myself at night, and the journey was unpleasant. I spent about 30 minutes to deal with the process, and the password given is wrong. Once I moved in, I was so unsatisfying with it. I cannot believe such a poor room cost me 100usd a day. With the risk of wasting the money, I chose to move to another reasonable hotel immediately. I should just say this is the worst experience I have ever had in Taiwan.

창문은 있지만 환기 잘 안됨 여행중에 비는 안왔는데 숙소는 항상 꿉꿉함 체크인 할 때 프런트에 사람도 없고 프런트에 놓여진 전화로 이름만 확인하고 방 호수, 비번 알려주고 들어가라고 함 객실 비밀번호키로 되어있는데 안에서 이중잠금 없음 시먼딩 메인거리 근처 치고 시끄럽지는 않았음
