"ドッグランもあり綺麗な宿泊施設でした。オーナーさんへ伝えたい事も何点かあります。壁には色々とルールが貼ってあるのですが、台所の食器等は使用した場合には洗って下さいと記載がありました。洗った食器を置く台や布巾は無かったので、食器を洗ってから濡れたままコンロの上へ全て置きました。あとキッチンではサランラップは常備品としてあっても良いのではないでしょうか？また犬同伴可能な施設であるのにフローリングがツルツルで犬が何度も転けそうになっていました。ルールが厳しいのは良いですが、その分内容を充実させた方が良いと思います。"

"Location is hard to beat with walking distance to Nijo Castle & Kyotogyoen, sun=bway staion, 7-Elevens, Sukiya; free shuttle to Arashiyama and Kinkuji is truly icing on the cake. Great selection at breakfast with Japanese and Western-style cuisine. Rooms are on the small side but par the course with other Japanese hotels. Bathroom is really nice and sparkling clean with shower and Japanese soaking tub."

"The rooms were large like an American hotel. Actually very convenient to the train station Kokusaikaikan. The station has like its own exit to the entrance of the hotel grounds. The room we were in had a shower room as well as a bath tub. The beds were soft and large. The staff are very nice."

"The location was great because it was a short walk to the Chionin Temple (just turn left on Jingu-Michi) and the old quarters of Kyoto, but it was quiet and felt out of the most congested areas. "Second time staying here when visiting Kyoto. Hearton is excellent in many ways. Location is strategic for us: close enough to the transit system and yet far enough from the touristy areas. There are a LOT of neighborhood amenities though. 7-11 is just up the street. We also loved the restaurants around and the breakfast at the hotel (a little pricey though). The rooms are large compared to Tokyo. The staff was always so polite and welcoming. I would come back here in a heartbeat. Love this hotel."
