"After reading reviews on line about this property we were prepared to be under whelmed. On check-in I was told we had received an upgrade to 2 rooms for 4 people to enable us to have 2 bathrooms. The rooms were very comfortable, both with sea views, spotlessly clean and had everything we needed.
Would definitely stay here again"

"There wasn't a list of things to do or not do before checkout anywhere... it would have been nice to know if they wanted the beds stripped etc.
The shower, unfortunately, had absolutely no water pressure and the temperature was inconsistent.
The wifi was also very slow.
But we enjoyed it anyway. It was nice to feel like you were not in the middle of Auckland, there was a lot of greenery around us.
The staff were very friendly."

"A really nice lady runs this property. It's just a few mins from the coast road and includes parking. There are bars and shops within walking distance snd easy to get to by road as we did.
It's clean and comfortable..we had the corner room upstairs and you can see the sea from the balcony."
