"I'll never stay at another hotel in D.C. From the moment you up to the hotel the valet is ready to great you. We arrived 3 hrs before check in, they were able to hold our bags until the room was ready. The property is beautiful & every member of staff was kind. Great place to stay!"

"The room at the Citizenm was small, but it was awesome. The bed was awesome. The sheets(weighted sheet)are awesome. The shower was wonderful. Really enjoyed my stay,small room, but it worked perfectly for what I needed. It was close to the metro and close. You could walk to just about anything downtown. Highly recommended"
