"Check-in experience was unprofessional and didn’t include any basic guidance (review of amenities, check-out time, etc.) let alone the amenity credit I was supposed to receive.
The first room I was given had a broken AC. I called multiple times to get it fixed but ultimately had to go downstairs and demand being reassigned to a room with a functioning AC. The second room we were assigned had a functioning AC, but the temperature never made it to what it was assigned.
