"Good"

"Problems, problems, problems The hotel is nice but there were many problems that ran through our four day stay. Though rooms were large and designed nicely, this is what occurred. Taking a shower flooded the bathroom floor- we asked for a room change and were told- it is a misdesign and a structural problem in all room. Hours later, we did get a room change, but had to move ourselves and realized too late there were no wastebaskets in the new room. This went on for several days, even when we informed multiple desk personnel, and though we asked, no staff came to clean the room. We noticed no desk clerks especially in the am. "
