"The service was terrible. When checking in there was only one staff member and there was a line. There was also a misunderstanding with my reservation as I had booked 3 rooms but staff could only find 1. The bedsheets were not clean and when I tried calling the lobby to complain no one was answering. "

"The exterior of the property was clean. I had to request housekeeping as soon as I checked in. There was crumbs under the desk and under the desk next to the beds. The hallways smelled like a dirty dish rag. Especially next to the vents. Breakfast was great! The dining area was clean as well."

"My sister and I lost power due to a tornado last Thursday so we got a room at Tru. It was our first time staying there but it won’t be our last. This hotel was simply amazing. The staff was very helpful and nice. The front desk even gave us a tour before we got our room. The pool was nice and surprisingly quiet, and the breakfast was very delicious! I definitely recommend this hotel to any and everyone!"

"Outside looks good. Inside was rough. It got the job done but was a little worse condition than I expected. Staff was friendly, location was decent. It was quiet. Bed was comfy. Nice cold AC! Interior needs updates. Smelled like dog hair and buring popcorn inside."

"The tub was disgusting I didn’t dare step foot in there. There was a roach in the sink. Dirty linen, slept in the chair that I sanitized on my own. If it’s your last resort of a stay then go ahead but honestly would sleep in my car before here again."

"Pulling into the motel the roof looked a mess and when my husband went in to register the lobby smelled awful and the chairs were torn and dirty. We contacted Expedia and they called the manager who refused to let them can the reservation. The room was ok, nice bed and tv. Bathroom needed work/repairs."

"Very dirty, peeling paint, large hole in bathroom wall, toilet didn't flush, sheets were stained, I couldn't get into my room due to the door being damaged, the pool was closed, I had to pay $60 up front in cash for a deposit on top of the room rate - had to use their ATM for the cash and was charged $3.75. I did get the $60 back when I checked out but I will never stay here again."

"This was the grossest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The pictures online are not this hotel. When I walked in, the first thing I noticed was a gigantic wet spot on the couch in the lobby, as if someone just sat there and urinated. I should’ve just walked out. Our room clearly hasn’t been cleaned in who knows how long. There was possibly blood on the wall, a white substance on the comforter, fingernails on the floor, hair on the bathroom floor, beard clippings on the counter, dirty and stained...

"Absolutely Horrible,they were in a full renovation,when I pulled up the outside facade was all off, 2 men was painting one side. I was going thee because the Tornado had knocked the power out, needed to power up my device and connect with the news. So I said to myself maybe the inside isn’t so bad, let’s just check it out.
