"The staff seem to hide from customers, the breakfast was not the worst ive experienced, but its right down there near the worst. The halls and stairways are dirty, the grounds are not well kept, no remote for our TV, the lamp switches were broken so you had to screw in the light bulb to turn them on.... it goes on like that."

She hands down handled check ins, check outs, rude patrons, manual walk ups to rooms, impatient individuals, calls to corporate, IT calls, ALL with PROFESSIONALISM, PATIENCE, KINDNESS & I DONT THINK SHE EVER WENT TO LUNCH IR HAD A BATHROOM BREAK through the entire shift. It was even a gathering in the first floor room, and these people were spilling stuff all through the lobby and tracking it all over the floor and she had to try to make sure that that got cleaned up so that no one would fall and get hurt and I can’t believe that he didn’t even get the next day off ?!!? anyway whoop whoop to you, Kyah‼️‼️👌👌👌❤️"

"We were there 4 nights and never had our room serviced {no clean towels or trash emptied}. On Monday there was one person trying to service the breakfast area while answering the phone and manning the front desk. He was doing his best but needed some one else to help. Also the facility is showing signs of age and maintenance is not sufficient"

"On site restaurant and bar were convenient and very nice. Walkable to restaurants. Very close to Indiana Dunes. Good WiFi. Clean. Hot tub and pool missed the mark in my opinion. Pool was rather chilly and hot tub doesn’t have bubbles. Maintenance said the tub is a spa so doesn’t have to."
